This 4-week high-intensity training program is designed to develop complete athletes through structured skill work, speed training, and competitive drills.
PROGRAM OVERVIEWOpen to athletes of any sport, this program focuses on building strength, coordination, confidence, and game-ready performance.
Training takes place 2x per week (Tuesday & Thursday) from
July 7 – July 30. Sessions include skill development, speed and agility work, and competitive training.
Athletes are expected to show up focused, work hard, and compete each session.
Cost: $85 per athlete
