2024 December - Speed & Strength Sessions

Avon Youth Sports is offering Speed & Strength Sessions this month (December 2024) at our newly acquired indoor training facility located at 8109 Kingston St., Avon. Register for one training session or multiple sessions as your schedule allows!

Sessions will focus on speed, agility, lateral/linear speed, explosiveness, and footwork for all sports. All athletes from Kindergarten through 8th grade are welcome to register. Sessions are limited to 10 athletes per session to ensure each athlete is getting the proper attention and coaching.

2025 Avon Baseball Club

Avon Baseball Club

Avon Baseball Club will serve players Little League aged 7-12, based on the 2025 Little League Age Chart, who either live or go to school within the AYS Little League boundaries.

Players of all skill levels are encouraged to join, as we want all players to have the opportunity to grow and improve.

All players who join ABC will receive the following:

✓ Play in the 2025 AYS Baseball Spring Rec season (you must register and pay for this separately by 01/11/25)

✓ Sunday afternoon/evening workouts at the Avon Youth Sports Indoor Facility in January and February

✓ Sunday afternoon practices, scrimmages, and/or games throughout the Rec. season in April and May, weather permitting (Spring Rec practices/games are held on Saturdays)

✓ 2 ABC Jerseys

✓ 1 ABC Hat

✓ 1 Bat Bag

✓ 1 ABC Batting Helmet
